Tennis TIPS

Forehand - Watch closely on their non-hitting hand. These give the players a lot of trunk rotatation to execute the shots in a timely manner. A C-Swing motion will enabled them to hit a top spin and these players normally contact the ball above their waist.

Backhand - Watch closely again, their chin are looking over their shoulder to use their trunk rotatation to execute the shots. Rackets create a loop when execute the shots from Low to High to generate top spin. Racket can be straight back or pointing upwards perform a loop.

Fully Coiled Checklist
a) Is your chin overlooking your non-hitting shoulder?
b) Are your shoulders colied a bit further aways than your waist?
c) Are your arms bend, with elbows in close to the body?
c)Is your racket butt poting to the Net?
d)Is your knees bend?

Serve - Bend your Knees & Reach up to hit the ball - the higher you make contact the more power you can generate.

Note : Keep a little space between each finger and avoid making a fist
