

Mistakes made with a forehand grip must be corrected immediately or you child's progress will be inhibited. The two most common problem are illustrated above.
[Left] - Some player find it more comfortable to put the thumb on top of the racket. This is an incorrect grip.
[Right] - Since children's wrist are weak, they try to compensate by putting a forefinger behind the racket.

1) Knee Extension
2) Hip Rotation
3) Trunk rotation
4) Shoulder and arm rotation
